One of my goto daily driver DP 4K cables ![User picture]()

Of all the displayport cables I've tried recently, this has ended up being my goto daily driver for one of my two 4K desktop screens in the office. It fits snugly with a well made metal casing around the plug, there's no latching mechanism but it stays set in place even with the movement of my monitor arms. I've had no issues getting a full 60hz at 4k either.

Solid dependable cable
I bought this to connect a gaming laptop to my monitor and it's been perfect. Handled 4k 60hz without any issue. As I'm using a laptop, I have been regularly connecting and disconnecting the cable - I don't foresee any issue with this as the cable is really well made! It has a nice aluminium finish and braided cable which stops it from getting tangled. I've used other products by Uni which I've never had any issue with- highly recommended!

It basically means the pixels in the screen will update twice as fast. Means that when the content is moving fast like on a game or sports that it will be sharper.
60 FPS in Gemini Man
*Remember that frame rate (FPS) is how many frames your computer is producing or drawing, while the refresh rate (Hz) is how many times the monitor is refreshing the image on the screen. The refresh rate of your monitor does not affect the frame rate.
In general, if you have high expectations for high refresh rates, you are better to choose DisplayPort over HDMI.
